MHCB/SFSK offers universal services to entire classrooms and small groups. (MHCB does not offer 1-on-1 services.) We offer both virtual and in-person programming.

"MHCB/SFSK offers a variety of mental health programming targeted at children and youth. MHCB/SFSK also offers community presentations and activities.
Here's a couple programs SFSK offers, but there are lots more! :
Kids Have Stress Too! - Promotes strategies for stress management.
Kimochis Feeling Program - Kids learn to identify feelings and practice positive communication.
MindUP - Teaches kids about their brain and offers strategies to help focus attention, build resiliency, and develop a positive mindset.
