Service Changes due to COVID-19
Currently, due to COVID-19, we are not travelling and providing presentations in person, in communities. We are able to provide Virtual presentations around the First Nations Health Consortium and more information on Jordan's Principle.
Service Delivery Options
Contact FNHC at 1-844-558-8748, if a family or other service providers are requiring support in submitting a Jordan's Principle application. You may call in for the child as a Service Provider, or provide contact information for the guardian/caregiver of the child. If you are calling as a Service Provider, please speak with the family and ask if they would like to be referred to FNHC.
Services Provided
First Nations Health Consortium Enhanced Service Coordination; the link between the child & the needed program, service, supplies, equipment & support.
